Terms of Service

Welcome to zorvcloud.com (the "Network," "we," "us"). By creating an account, claiming a page, joining a space, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Network.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Network. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's permission. An account is required for most features — you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, upload, or build. By posting it you give us a limited license to store and display it so the Network can function (for example, showing your bio page to visitors or delivering a message in your space). You're responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it.

3. Rules of the road

Don't use the Network to:

Break the law or encourage others to.
Harass, bully, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone.
Post content that is hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes self-harm or violence.
Upload malware, spam, or try to hack, overload, or disrupt the Network or its users.
Scrape, resell, or abuse the service or other people's data.
Get around any security, access, or rate-limit measure.

If you're using the Network at school or work, follow your institution's own acceptable-use rules too — those are between you and them.

4. Moderation & enforcement

We can remove content, suspend or delete accounts, pages, or spaces, and take the whole Network offline at any time — with or without notice — if we believe these Terms were broken or to protect users and the service. An admin may view, edit, or delete content for safety, legal, and operational reasons.

5. Third-party stuff

The Network may link to or embed third-party sites, games, or tools. We don't control those and aren't responsible for them. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. No warranty

The Network is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, secure, or error-free, and we're not responsible for lost data or downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Network and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The Network is a free, hobby-run project.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the Network after a change means you accept the new Terms.
